✔ Eligibility

You may request a return, replacement or refund within 60 days of delivery if:

  • The product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect

  • You are unhappy with results after using the product and would like support

🧴 Opened Products

Products may be opened and trialled as intended. We may ask for photos, remaining product amount or a brief usage summary to help assess, support or recommend alternatives.


🎁 Bundles, Gifts & Promotional Offers

If your order included a gift-with-purchase, bonus item, promotional bundle or complimentary accessory, the entire offer must be returned to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Example:
If a Christmas Skincare Set includes a complimentary bag, both the products and bag must be returned.
If the bonus item is kept, a partial refund or store credit adjustment may apply.


❗ Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Clearance or limited-time promotional stock

  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect storage


🚚 Return Postage

  • If the product is faulty or incorrect, we cover return postage

  • For change-of-mind or satisfaction-based returns, postage is the customer’s responsibility
