Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or Try Before You Buy. This policy explains how you can manage, cancel, or change these types of purchases.

1. Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries according to the frequency and duration you select.

Payment & Auto-Renewal:

  • Your payment details are stored securely.

  • You’ll be charged for each delivery unless you prepay for multiple deliveries.

  • Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current term.

Managing & Cancelling:

  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time.

  • Links to manage your subscription are included in your order confirmation emails.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are for products that are out of stock or soon-to-be-available.

Payment & Fulfilment:

  • We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout.

  • Full payment will be charged once the product is shipped.

Cancelling & Refunds:

  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order before it has been fulfilled.

  • Once fulfilled, cancellations are not accepted, but you may request a full or partial refund.

3. Try Before You Buy

Try Before You Buy allows you to receive an item, try it for a set period, and decide if you want to keep it.

Payment Authorisation:

  • Your payment method is authorised when the item is shipped.

  • After this period, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
