Shipping Policy – The Glow Beauty Edit

We work hard to get your order out the door quickly, safely and with care. All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it has been shipped, including tracking details if available.


Processing Timeframes

  • Orders are normally packed and dispatched within 2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During busy periods (sales, holidays, launches or promotions), dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving smoothly.


Shipping Method & Delivery

We use trusted Australian delivery services such as Australia Post or reputable couriers. Delivery times depend on your location, but as a guide:

  • Metro areas: generally faster

  • Regional & rural: may take a little longer

Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control, but we will always support you if something goes wrong.


Shipping Fees

  • Standard domestic shipping: $10.95 per order across Australia.

  • Express shipping: available upon request – please contact us to arrange.

  • International shipping: available, with costs calculated based on the destination country and parcel weight. Duties, taxes and/or tariffs may apply in the receiving country.

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.


Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by arrangement. Please contact us to organise a convenient pickup time.


Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please check your junk/spam folder if it hasn’t arrived.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If an address error is noticed after placing your order, contact us immediately. If your parcel has already shipped, we may not be able to change it, and additional postage fees may apply.


Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

We want your order to arrive perfectly. If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist. We may request photos for damaged items.
